Save the date! Ashfield Council’s Carnival of Cultures is on Sunday 22 March this year.

As well as entertainment and food stalls, this year’s event will again include a range of environmentally friendly elements.

Sustainability features will include:

• free bike and pram valet parking,
• bike maintenance mechanic,
• free native plant giveaway to Ashfield Council residents (proof required),
• composting workshops and information stall,
• native wildlife display,
• recycling and waste education performance by the ‘King and Queen of Green’ and
• a water bottle refill station
